Machine Operator
Location: LeRoy, MI
Pay: $14.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in LeRoy, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to work on rubber injection molding machines and train to become a CNC or Tool & Die Maker.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Operating Rubber Injection Molding Machines: Working on rubber injection molding machines.
  • General Labor Work: Performing general labor tasks as needed.
  • Training and Development: Engaging in training to become a CNC or Tool & Die Maker.
In addition, you will also be expected to perform medium to fast-paced work and be available for overtime when needed (Saturday & Sunday).
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
  • No experience needed.
  • Willing to train if they have a good work history.
  • Must be able to stand for 10 hours a day.
Skills:
  • Basic Math Skills: Essential for understanding measurements and production counts.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated by a good work history, indicating reliability and dedication.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a medium to fast-paced environment and be open to training.
