What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Operate bending machines in accordance with prints and specifications
  • Interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
  • Perform quality inspections using measurement tools such as calipers and gauges
  • Inspect equipment prior to use and perform routine maintenance adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with MIOSHA safety rules and ISO quality procedures
  • Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve production issues
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area following 5S standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of related experience and/or training with reliable work history
  • Prior knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models (preferred)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, or similar operating systems
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively to others
  • Basic math skills
