Job description

We are a trusted Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier in the automotive industry, producing high-precision, tight-tolerance aluminum die cast components for some of the world’s leading OEMs. We're looking for a skilled Die Casting Operator to join our growing team of professionals committed to quality and innovation.
As a Die Casting Operator, you’ll play a critical role in manufacturing complex, safety-critical parts that meet the demanding standards of modern automotive engineering. If you have a passion for precision and experience in fast-paced industrial environments, we want to hear from you.
This is a first (1st) shift position (6am to 2:30pm, M-F) at our Falcon Lakeside Facility in Eau Claire Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor cold chamber die casting machines producing precision aluminum parts
  • Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and surface quality
  • Perform in-process quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
  • Assist in die changes and routine machine maintenance
  • Identify and report process or quality issues to the shift supervisor or quality team
  • Adhere strictly to safety and ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 quality standards
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in die casting or metal manufacturing (automotive preferred)
  • Familiarity with tight-tolerance casting processes and automotive part specs
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality documentation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
