Join our team as a 3rd Shift Machine Operator, where you will run and maintain a variety of production equipment-including CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss lathes. We are looking for a detail-oriented operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts and keeping a clean, efficient workspace.  


What You'll Do

  • Machine Operation: Set up, start, and run manual and CNC equipment (mills, lathes, etc.).
  • Quality Control: Measure parts using precision tools to ensure they meet exact specs.
  • Daily Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep like changing filters, greasing slides, and managing coolant.
  • Safety & Efficiency: Maintain production logs, meet quantity targets, and follow OSHA safety standards.

  • Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering designs and use basic shop math.
  • Experience: 1+ years of machine shop experience preferred (on-the-job training available).
