As we prepare for our busiest time of the year, TGI Direct is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our Production Team as Seasonal Machine Operator Assistants. Whether you're looking to earn extra income for the holidays, gain manufacturing experience, or work with a great team, we'd love to meet you!


Available Shifts

Choose the shift that works best for you!

1st Shift: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM

3rd Shift: 11:45 PM - 8:15 AM

Requirements

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping produce high-quality printed communications for some of the nation's leading organizations. You'll work alongside experienced machine operators in a fast-paced production environment while learning valuable manufacturing skills.


Responsibilities Include:

Assist with the setup and operation of production equipment.

Organize, sort, and prepare materials for processing and mailing.

Perform manual assembly tasks including collating, folding, inserting, labeling, and packaging printed materials.

Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Supply machines with materials and remove finished products.

Monitor equipment and notify supervisors of any production issues.

Help maintain inventory of production supplies and materials.

Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes to expand your skills.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
