Job Title: Planview Administrator Location-Type: Remote (U.S.) Start Date Is: ASAP or within 2 weeks of offer Duration: Through End of 2026 (Potential Extension up to 2 Years) Compensation Range: $55-60/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Equipment: Candidates must provide their own laptop.

Job Description:

Seeking a Planview Administrator to support the administration, reporting, and optimization of an enterprise Planview environment. This role will partner closely with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to administer multiple Planview capabilities, develop reporting solutions, and support ongoing portfolio management initiatives. This is not a development role the ideal candidate will have strong platform administration, SQL reporting, and stakeholder partnership experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support multiple Planview modules and capabilities across the enterprise
  • Maintain and optimize the Planview platform to support portfolio and project management initiatives
  • Query and analyze data from Planview Automart using SQL
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver reporting solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the Planview environment
  • Support portfolio reporting, platform optimization, and continuous process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to provide functional support and recommendations

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of hands-on Planview Administration experience
  • Experience supporting multiple Planview capabilities, including several of the following:
    • Planview Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
    • Automart
    • Portfolios
    • AgilePlace
    • Planview Hub
    • ANVI
  • Strong SQL experience, including querying data from Planview Automart
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Experience gathering reporting requirements directly from business stakeholders
  • Business Analyst mindset with the ability to translate business needs into reporting and platform solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
