Job Description:

  • Expertise in Planview architecture| modules| and integrations.
  • Strong SQL and reporting skills (Power BI| Report Builder).
  • Experience with automation tools (UI Path| Power Automate).
  • Proficient in SOAP Web Services and data modeling.
  • Prior Planview implementation experience is mandatory 2-3 years of experience in Functional modules (like Project Management| Portfolio Management| Resource Management| Time Sheet Management| Financial Management| Demand Management and JasperSoft Reports| CA PPM Studio of CA PPM.
  • Understanding of Planview PPM and CA PPM Administration like Time Period Setup| Resource Setup| Project Financials| User Security| Jobs setup and scheduling| Processes| Jaspersoft Report scheduling| Financial setup| new UX Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role End-to-end Planview Portfolio implementation and configuration.
  • Integrate Planview with Jira and third-party tools using SOAP Web Services.
  • Automate workflows leveraging UI Path or Power Automate.
  • Design and maintain data models| schemas| and reporting frameworks using SQL| Power BI| and Microsoft Report Builder.
  • Set up OKRs and AgilePlace within Planview to support Agile processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Develop and configure Planview SPM modules including Portfolios, Roadmaps, Outcomes, and OKRs
  • Experience with enterprise systems integration (Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Planview SPM or Planview Portfolios
  • Design and implement REST API integrations with systems like Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday
  • Strong proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and integration frameworks
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automation and data handling
  • Solid understanding of strategic planning, resource capacity, and demand management
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Planview reporting tools
  • Automate workflows, notifications, and data sync processes across enterprise tools
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Planview configuration and performance
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:
