Job Summary:
Mindlance is a staffing company, and they are seeking an IT Program Manager to lead and manage the deployment of Planview across Versigent. The role involves coordinating technical activities, ensuring compliance with IT standards, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all IT-related activities for the deployment of Planview across Versigent.
• Coordinate technical planning, configuration, integration, and rollout activities in collaboration with internal IT teams and Planview stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the Planview implementation, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives
• Manage dependencies between infrastructure, security, identity, integrations, and application readiness.
• Ensure compliance with Versigent’s IT standards, security policies, and governance requirements throughout the deployment.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and milestones related to IT delivery and escalate as needed.
• Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities from an IT perspective
• Facilitate communication between IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience managing IT-related activities for enterprise application deployments or system implementations
• Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, security, IAM, integrations, applications)
• Strong understanding of IT project management practices and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience managing project schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues in a controlled enterprise environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT delivery plans and technical activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with external vendors or SaaS providers during implementation efforts
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions
• Understanding of identity management, security, data integrations, and compliance considerations in enterprise IT
• Experience supporting testing, cutover, and go-live activities from an IT perspective
• Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools
Preferred:
• Experience with Planview (PPM, Portfolios, AgilePlace, or related modules) or similar portfolio and project management platforms
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Experience working in a global or multi-region enterprise environment
• Background in IT engineering, infrastructure, or application management roles
