We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of planning and scheduling experience who can effectively coordinate production activities, manage priorities, and help ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. PAY & SCHEDULE Pay: $40.00 per hour Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Location: Fort Worth, TX Experience Required: 3-5 years Position: Planner/Scheduler PLANNER/SCHEDULER RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain production schedules and work plans Coordinate daily and weekly production activities Monitor schedules and adjust priorities as needed Work closely with production, operations, purchasing, inventory, and other departments Ensure materials, labor, and resources are available to meet production requirements Track production progress and identify potential delays or scheduling issues Communicate schedule changes and priorities to appropriate team members Maintain accurate planning and scheduling records Review inventory and material requirements to support production schedules Help identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions Prepare reports and provide updates regarding production status Ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met Maintain a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to all planning activities QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of Planner, Production Planner, Scheduler, or related manufacturing experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/planning software Ability to analyze information and make sound scheduling decisions Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Reliable transportation required READY FOR YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY.
