About the Role

Planful is seeking a Field Marketing & Events Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our Marketing and Sales teams while owning the end-to-end execution of our field event program. This individual will be the primary liaison, ensuring marketing and sales stay aligned on priorities, campaigns, and follow-up, while also driving the logistics of field events, executive dinners, and tradeshows from concept through post-event reporting. This person will also help support event logistics for our annual user conference.

You are highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable juggling multiple events and stakeholders at once in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with and own the relationship between Marketing and the Sales team, ensuring ongoing alignment on priorities, campaigns, and lead follow-up.
• Own and execute logistics for a full slate of events, including field events, executive dinners, and tradeshows.
• Lead event ideation and concept development, including theming and format selection.
• Build event briefs, landing pages, and email promotions for each event.
• Manage onsite logistics, including venue selection, vendor and catering coordination, AV, shipping, and staffing.
• Own event follow-up, including post-event communications, lead handoff, and reporting on metrics such as attendance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Support event logistics for Planful's annual user conference.
• Track and report on the success of field marketing campaigns and events, partnering with marketing operations to measure KPIs and ROI.
• Manage and coordinate vendor relationships and event budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with preferred experience in field marketing and event management.
• Proven experience planning and executing successful field events, dinners, and tradeshows end-to-end.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and logistical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and executives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on the success of marketing programs and events.
• Salesforce and marketing automation platform experience preferred.
• Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS companies is a plus.

Pay Transparency Statement

At Planful our top priority is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual's skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location.
