About Mountain View Pain Center: 

Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice committed to treating the whole patient with compassion, innovation, and teamwork. At Mountain View Pain Center, we believe healing happens best when providers communicate, support one another, and place the patient experience at the center of everything we do. 
 

Position Summary:  

We are looking for a bilingual PI Case Manager to work closely with our personal injury patients to ensure their health care needs are being met. Case managers also work with law firms to provide treatment and billing updates on mutual clients. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Processes electronic and paper data to maintain clinical record compliance. 
  • Audits medical records regularly for document tracking purposes. Communicates and follows up on discrepancies as needed. 
  • Accurate and timely filing, scanning, and organization of agency clinical documentation. 
  • Professional and courteous communication with community health partners to coordinate documentation needs for medical record compliance. 
  • Additional administrative duties as necessary. 
  • Bilingual required - English and Spanish speaking  

Minimum Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Processes electronic and paper data to maintain clinical record compliance. 
  • Audits medical records regularly for document tracking purposes. Communicates and follows up on discrepancies as needed. 
  • Accurate and timely filing, scanning, and organization of agency clinical documentation. 
  • Professional and courteous communication with community health partners to coordinate documentation needs for medical record compliance. 
  • Additional administrative duties as necessary. 
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client events. 
  • Bilingual required - English and Spanish speaking  

Compensation & Schedule 

Pay Range: $58,000 - $65,000 annually 
Job Type: Full-time 
Work Location: DTC Corporate Office — 100% onsite/in-person, some travel to client events required 
Remote Work: Not available 

Hours: 

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM 
  • Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
