Positionย Summary:ย ย
We are looking for a bilingual PI Case Manager to work closely with our personal injury patients to ensure their health care needs areย being met. Case managers also work with law firms to provide treatment and billing updates on mutual clients.ย
Essentialย Dutiesย &ย Responsibilities:ย
- Processes electronic and paper data toย maintainย clinical record compliance.ย
- Audits medical records regularly for document tracking purposes. Communicates and follows up on discrepancies as needed.ย
- Accurate andย timelyย filing, scanning, and organization of agency clinical documentation.ย
- Professional and courteous communication with community health partners to coordinate documentation needs for medical record compliance.ย
- Additionalย administrativeย dutiesย as necessary.ย
- Bilingualย requiredย - English and Spanish speakingย ย

Compensation & Scheduleย
Pay Range:ย $58,000 - $65,000 annuallyย
