Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company is actively recruiting for a temporary, Mass Tort Litigation Case Manager for an onsite position for a law firm client in Dallas, TX.


Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site Preferred; Hybrid Available).

Schedule: Full-Time

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Indefinite; could convert to a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mass Tort Litigation Case Manager to support a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation and mass tort matters, experience managing a high-volume caseload, and the ability to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume caseload involving mass tort and complex litigation matters.
  • Track and monitor critical litigation and discovery deadlines to ensure timely compliance.
  • Coordinate and organize case files, pleadings, discovery materials, and litigation documents.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders regarding case status and requirements.
  • Assist with discovery preparation, document review, and case administration.
  • Maintain accurate case information and documentation within the firm's case management system.
  • Support attorneys with litigation-related research, reporting, and case coordination activities.
  • Ensure all case activity is handled in accordance with court requirements and internal procedures.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of litigation terminology, procedures, and mass tort litigation.
  • Proven case management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of discovery requirements and deadlines within mass tort litigation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high case volume.
  • Experience with Litify case management software.
  • Familiarity with Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings (JCCP).
  • Previous experience supporting mass tort, complex litigation, or coordinated proceedings.
