Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Job Description

  • Assist in the litigation and management of complex mass tort matters.
  • Conduct extensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
  • Analyze legal, medical, and factual issues affecting large-scale litigation.
  • Manage discovery, document review, and case development activities.
  • Participate in deposition preparation, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and litigation support teams on case strategy.
  • Track litigation developments and contribute to overall case planning.
  • Maintain organized case files and effectively manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey Bar license required.
  • 2+ years of litigation experience.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, and litigation documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
  • Mass tort, products liability, personal injury, or complex litigation experience strongly preferred.
