We're currently seeking a bright and compassionate Law Clerk to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a 2L, 3L, or recent J.D. graduate with a strong passion for immigration law and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a meaningful practice area.

You'll work in a supportive, professional environment where collaboration and growth are encouraged, and your work truly makes a difference.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist attorneys by conducting legal research and writing memoranda

  • Draft briefs, declarations, and supporting documents for various immigration matters

  • Review case files and pleadings to help develop legal strategies

  • Apply your analytical skills to understand factual scenarios and the legal principles at play

Who You Are:

  • A 2L, 3L, or recent J.D. graduate with a strong interest in immigration law
