The Opportunity
As our PI Case Manager Assistant in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to assist our Case Managers in the development of our clients cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved.
Accountable for
  • Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.
  • Request police reports and medical records.
  • Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
  • Verify balances with providers.
  • Prepare files to submit to demand writers.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
  • Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
  • Type at least 40 wpm.
  • This role is on-site, Monday through Friday

Compensation
  • $21.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience, plus performance based incentives.
