• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and needs of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapy to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to treatment and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on self-care techniques and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and engaging with industry-related resources.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with healthcare professionals to discuss treatment progress and strategize patient care approaches.

The patient population at our rehabilitation facility encompasses a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative care, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state license for Physical Therapy practice is mandatory.

• A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of patients.

• While prior work experience is not required, we value enthusiasm and a desire to learn from experienced colleagues.
• Any previous clinical internship or related experience in an orthopedic setting would be a plus.
