You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which is designed to facilitate comprehensive patient care. The facility includes advanced therapeutic equipment and a collaborative environment where professionals from different disciplines work together to support recovery. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, providing a balanced professional lifestyle.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations, reviewing patient medical histories and performing specific assessments to inform treatment recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining evaluation findings and collaboratively setting achievable goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, progress, and evolving healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, documenting any changes in patient conditions that may require adjustments to the plan of care.
• Manage comprehensive discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care with follow-up services and appropriate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment results.
• Maintain an accurate schedule and manage time efficiently, participating in departmental meetings and community outreach initiatives.
• Drive departmental goals by actively participating in continuous improvement efforts and adhering to all regulatory standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education, serving as a clinical instructor for students as necessary.

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. As part of our team, you will develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive high-quality, compassionate care throughout their rehabilitation journey.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy as required by Florida law.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to patient-centered care.

While prior experience in a clinical setting is not a requirement, candidates who have completed internships or clinical rotations in orthopedic physical therapy will be highly regarded. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
