Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed evaluations, including gathering patient histories, performing assessments, and documenting findings to create individualized treatment plans.
• Communicating evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes.
• Implementing treatment protocols tailored to patient needs, continuously adapting approaches based on their progress and emerging healthcare trends.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, recognizing any changes in patients' conditions that necessitate adjustments in treatment plans.
• Completing discharge planning and follow-up care with thorough documentation that illustrates the patient's care journey, including progress notes, evaluations, and future recommendations.
• Managing time effectively and maintaining productivity standards, ensuring timely attendance for meetings and participation in marketing activities.
• Contributing to departmental goals by adhering to government and accreditation regulations and participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access to care.
• Encouraging professional growth by seeking out continuing education and serving as a clinical instructor when applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at Vivid Physiotherapy include individuals recovering from surgeries, athletic injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Our clinic aims to provide tailored rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each individual, promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid DPT license in the State of Virginia.
• Current accreditation in CPR from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with patients and team members.
• A passion for providing high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience

Although prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with at least two years of experience in an outpatient setting will be given preference. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex cases and collaborate effectively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
