Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients who have undergone orthopedic surgeries or suffered injuries, assessing their movement patterns, strengths, and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment goals in conjunction with the latest best practices in physical therapy.
  • Assist patients with rehabilitation equipment and ensure they are educated on their proper use to promote independence.
  • Facilitate training sessions for patients and their families on self-management strategies and therapeutic exercises to maintain recovery at home.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and keeping up-to-date with current research.
