Job description

Company Description

WuXi NextCODE is a sought after and respected leader in this space.  While we continue to improve our already-commercial offerings, we are committed to increasing our brand awareness, clear understanding of the problems we solve, and lead generation activities.  And we are doing this in several marketspaces, from research to clinical to consumer.  Target audience members include bioinformatics experts, researchers, genetic counselors, physicians, patients, consumers, families, and more.  The geographies we serve span span the globe, including China, USA, Qatar, the UK, and more.

Job Description

The individual we are looking for will define the strategy for and lead all Marketing activities for our Pharma segment to accomplish the aforementioned goals.  Of utmost importance is to look beyond the logistics and tactics and to understand how each fuels and drives us to the sale and purchase.  We call this the purchase journey - from awareness, through decision-making, to the sale - this is what this individual must be the master of.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and lead the execution of all pharma marketing campaigns, including lead generation and more.

Clearly define the pharma strategy and campaign direction to the Marketing Operations group, which includes creative, collateral, branding, marketing analysis, digital channels, and more.

Provide direction on and prioritize all Pharma events for which we attend, speak, or show.

Collaborate with Product Management and Product Experience to plan and campaign around all product launches.

Truly be the internal expert and leader for our pharma positioning, market trends, campaign metrics, and overall effectiveness of our entire purchase journey.

Qualifications

      Experience in Genomics, specifically pharma.

Expertise in strategic Marketing, with a knack for leading, developing, and collaborating with all teammates.

Extensive - and successful - experience with lead generation programs.

Experience with the many logistics associated with events, their vendors, and the pitfalls to avoid.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of business leaders, technology leaders, Product Managers and other key stakeholders.

      15+ years of demonstrated results.

The willingness to take risks and fail fast.
