Personal Lines Account Manager / Personal Lines Account Executive (P&C Insurance)
Various locations in Wisconsin
An established and growing insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager / Account Executive to manage a newly acquired book of business and assist in building a dedicated Personal Lines department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Wisconsin P&C professional who enjoys full book management, client relationship building, and organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full Personal Lines book of business including renewals, remarketing, endorsements, coverage reviews, and claims support
  • Utilize AMS360 for account management and documentation
  • Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities
  • Drive retention and organic business development
  • Assist in developing workflows and best practices for department growth
Qualifications:
  • Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License (required)
  • 5+ years of Personal Lines account management experience
  • Experience managing a full book of business
  • Proficiency with AMS360 or Epic preferred
  • Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills
