Personal Lines Account Executive
We are looking for an experienced and driven Personal Lines Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships. You'll work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide policy recommendations, and ensure they are adequately protected. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct policy reviews, provide coverage recommendations, and assist clients with renewals and changes.
  • Respond to client inquiries, address coverage questions, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products and coverages as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and product changes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in an account management or executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options.
  • Proven track record of excellent client service and relationship management skills.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Insurance licensure (Property & Casualty) required.
