Position Summary
We are seeking a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven litigation environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including case development, discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation. This role is critical in ensuring clients receive exceptional representation during challenging and often life-changing circumstances while advancing cases efficiently and strategically toward favorable outcomes. Strong communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance compassionate client service with aggressive advocacy are essential.
Responsibilities
  • Manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and medical providers
  • Assist with case strategy, damages development, and settlement negotiations
  • Work collaboratively with partners, paralegals, and support staff on active litigation matters

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of civil litigation experience, with plaintiff's personal injury experience strongly preferred
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Ability to independently manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
