Personal Injury Associate Attorney (Pre-suit & Litigation)
Established (35+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney for Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation in Garland, TX
An established firm based in Garland, TX with over 35+ years in practice is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team fully onsite. This Attorney will manage cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, and wrongful death, driving litigation strategy from pre-suit through resolution while delivering aggressive and client-focused advocacy. This is an urgent hire, and interviews can be accommodated after hours and on weekends.
 
Offer 
Salary range: $140,000-$160,000+, contingent on experience
Competitive commission structure on settled litigation cases
Bar dues and CLEs paid by the firm
Commission on any case personally brought into the firm for any area of law handled
Medical insurance paid 100% by employer

Qualifications 
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Three or more years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Experience drafting demands and responding to motions
Strong working knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Detail oriented with a strong attorney work ethic
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
 
Responsibilities 
Managing a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through litigation and settlement
Drafting demands, pleadings, motions, discovery, and motion responses
Analyzing medical records and damages to develop case value and strategy
Negotiating with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
Conducting and defending depositions and participating in hearings and mediations
Working with medical and other experts on reports, deposition preparation, and case development
Providing consistent client communication and strategic guidance throughout the lifecycle of each case
