Responsibilities

Observe active sales interactions and provide immediate, constructive feedback to help agents refine their approach.

Work one-on-one with team members to set personal growth goals and track their progress over time.

Requirements

Current Property Casualty and Life insurance producer license.

Three or more years of hands-on experience in insurance sales or coaching.

Deep understanding of insurance products and local market dynamics.

Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to translate complex sales data into actionable improvement plans.

Demonstrated history of training others to meet or exceed targets.
