We provide an inclusive, equitable, safe, and welcoming environment, and we believe in meeting people where they are with a hand up, not a handout.Job Summary:We are seeking an empathetic, resourceful, and highly motivated Employment Navigator to join our team. The Employment Navigator will support individuals in overcoming employment barriers and securing sustainable employment. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of workforce development, community resources, and effective job search strategies.
