Job description

We are looking for a smart and reliable Part-Time House Manager/Personal Assistant for two older principals in La Cañada. They are looking for someone to come 20-30 hours/week. The goal is to give them a much lighter, more leisure-focused life by having one highly capable person take ownership of household operations, vendor coordination, and backlogged projects. This would include managing vendors for landscaping/construction, gardening, termite work, pest/rodent remediation, organizing, garage cleanout, repairs, household maintenance, scheduling, estimates, documentation, managing passwords, light bookkeeping, and ongoing follow-through.
We are looking for someone discreet, warm, organized, proactive, and operationally excellent — essentially a COO for the household. The right person should be comfortable working with older adults, reducing cognitive load, preserving dignity and autonomy, and communicating clearly with adult children/family as appropriate.
Salary: $35-$50/hr
