City of Melrose, MN is accepting applications for full-time Receptionist-Building Permit Technician. Position provides general clerical duties, answers phone calls, greets and assists the general public, utility payment processing. Works with the Community Development department on building permits.
One-year certification from college or technical school in a related field and two years experience or equivalent combination. Applicants should have general knowledge of records filing, proficiency in computers. Applicant should have excellent customer service skills. Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
2026 Salary Range DOQ: $27.44 - $32.66.
