8+ years as a PeopleSoft Business Analyst with strong HRMS/Benefits/Payroll/Pension experience, advanced requirements & process reengineering skills, SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), data integration knowledge, and Agile/Scrum experience.
Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Business Analyst III to support enterprise business and systems analysis initiatives. This role will focus on requirements gathering, business process improvement, and cross-functional coordination across HR and financial systems, with a strong emphasis on PeopleSoft HRMS, Benefits, Payroll, and Pension modules.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level Business Analyst with deep PeopleSoft experience, strong stakeholder communication skills, and a proven background in process reengineering and Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across business and technical teams
  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
  • Evaluate policies, procedures, and their impact on PeopleSoft-based systems
  • Manage the service request lifecycle, including requirements definition, technical review, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver system enhancements
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Review and validate complex deliverables including design documents, test plans, and risk assessments
  • Lead process change requests and manage scope, deployment, and change activities
  • Support training material development and end-user training for system enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in:
    • Requirements elicitation and lifecycle management
    • Business process reengineering
    • Acting as a liaison between functional and technical teams
  • Strong PeopleSoft experience across:
    • HRMS
    • Benefits
    • Payroll
    • Pension
  • Experience with data management, data warehousing, modeling, and system integrations
  • Strong SQL skills (Oracle and SQL Server)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Scrum Master experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO, ITIL)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and modern project management tools
  • Strong documentation skills, including enterprise-level process and training materials
