Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with impairments and functional limitations, creating personalized treatment plans in accordance with physician referrals.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to patient goals while documenting progress in compliance with legal and professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including evaluations, treatment notes, discharge summaries, and ensure detailed billing procedures are followed.
  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, optimizing patient care through effective team dynamics.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating regularly with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
  • Assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Stay current on rehabilitation practices and contribute to the development of clinical protocols that elevate patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
