Your role will be based in our outpatient office located in Plano, TX, a vibrant area known for its supportive community and focus on health and wellness. • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans guided by assessment findings, patient goals, and best practice protocols.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and various modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and effective exercise regimens to support progress.
• Track patient progress meticulously through detailed record-keeping, adjusting treatment strategies as warranted by individual advancement.
• Work alongside physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that meet our patients' multidisciplinary needs.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities aimed at enhancing clinical expertise and team cohesion.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating a successful track record in patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in the application of diverse physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and devise treatment plans for patient rehabilitation.
• Outstanding communication abilities to engage effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, we prefer professionals with a background in outpatient physical therapy and a comprehensive understanding of current rehabilitation technologies and modalities. Those with experience in specialty areas such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric therapy will be especially valued.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
