As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

As a Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete therapeutic process for an assigned group of patients in coordination with physicians and the care team.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments to develop and implement tailored care plans that emphasize goal achievement and promote patient engagement.
• Administering comprehensive physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, while adhering to established guidelines and ethical standards.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations to optimize outcomes.
• Educating patients, their families, and caregivers about therapeutic exercises and devices to enhance recovery, compliance, and overall wellness.
• Prioritizing your caseload effectively and coordinating daily staffing needs to maintain a seamless workflow.

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working with a wide range of patients, from pediatric cases with developmental issues to adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries or sports injuries. You will help restore mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance functional independence for each patient, ensuring a customized approach that respects their individual health goals and circumstances.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• A strong commitment to delivering patient-focused care with an emphasis on empathy and effective communication.

While no prior experience is necessary, candidates with experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, or sports rehabilitation will be considered favorably. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is also a plus, as it enhances our ability to provide coordinated patient care.
