Hourly: $30-36/hr based on experience
ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics servingOrange Countyand surrounding communities since 1992.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
  • Treatment Planning:Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
  • Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
  • Patient Education:Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
  • Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
