Peak Performance Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient facility in Leesburg, Virginia. The role of the Physical Therapist is set within our modern outpatient clinic, which boasts state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative team atmosphere. Our clinic operates on a full-time basis, with Monday through Friday schedules, and may include rotating hospital shifts on weekends to meet patient needs. • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients pre- and post-treatment, establishing individualized care strategies that align with physician directives.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient responses to therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of patient progress, treatment administered, and billing processes, ensuring that documentation reflects the medical necessity of care and is compliant with legal standards.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and other support personnel, providing guidance to ensure effective patient care and adherence to established protocols.
• Engage with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation.
• Stay abreast of advanced practices in physical therapy through continuous education, helping to integrate new methodologies into our patient care processes.

Our clinic caters to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, and those with sports-related injuries. We pride ourselves on the ability to tailor therapy sessions to the specific needs and conditions of our patients, which requires an empathetic understanding and innovative approach to treatment methodologies.

• Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia is required.
• Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, crucial for patient interactions and collaborative care.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills are essential for effective documentation and scheduling.

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to perform manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient management software is advantageous.

Our compensation package ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our staff’s health and professional aspirations.
