Job description

Taylor Management is looking for a proactive and skilled Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community under our management. In this role, you will work closely with homeowners, board members, and vendors to ensure the community is well-maintained and residents' needs are met promptly and professionally. Salary range is $75-80k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and administration of assigned communities.
  • Serve as primary liaison between homeowners, board of directors, and vendors.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and facilitate monthly financial monitoring.
  • Coordinate maintenance, landscaping, and capital projects to uphold community standards.
  • Organize board meetings, prepare meeting materials, and assist with governance compliance.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations, and resolve resident concerns efficiently.
  • Promote resident engagement through community events and communications.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in community association or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of HOA laws, governing documents, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
