Position Overview:

Mediacom seeks a Senior Manager, Premier Communities Account Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overall sales and relationship management with property owners, developers and HOAs in MDU and private residential communities, whether on a bulk- or non-bulk contracted basis. In addition, you will assist Premier Communities Account Managers (PCAMs) with service penetration and meeting their revenue goals in Residential Communities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist PCAM team in all geographical areas to meet/exceed quarterly and yearly Residential Build Revenue and margin goals.
  • Develop and cultivate effective business relationships with residential community owners and managers to ensure Mediacom Business is the provider of choice to their residents.
  • Prepare and initiate proposals to Residential Bulk prospects.
  • Conduct regular individual and group meetings with assigned staff to communicate and provide feedback on sales/performance results, reinforce expectations, and address questions and concerns.
  • Ensure that PCAM team is giving all accounts acquired the best possible customer service after the sale is made.
  • Work with individual PCAMs to resolve any customer concerns that occur during the term of the service agreement.
  • Compile and examine all Residential Build account records in assigned area to assure timely renegotiation to subscription rates and maintain ongoing relationship with Residential Bulk Customers.
  • Utilize CRM/Sales Management software on a daily basis for documenting the management of leads through account deployment, as well as ensuring all PCAM team is utilizing the tool.
  • Provide management with timely reporting as required and requested.
  • Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
  • Performs other functions as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Five years outside sales experience preferably business to business, or five years' experience in property management, or working with MDU (multiple dwelling units) or Home Owners' Associations, or a combination of sales and property management.

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence both internally and externally.

  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) including overnight to as necessary.

  • Strong verbal and communication skills.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.

Disclaimer: The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to 95,000.00 annually. At Mediacom, sales roles salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Base pay is one part of our total compensation package.
