HORIZON MANAGEMENT COMPANY is seeking an experienced General Manager for a high-rise community in Long Beach. The candidate must hold a PCAM, CCAM, CMCA, or AMS designation.

Job Requirements:

You will be expected to have knowledge of the industry. We are looking for someone who shows competence in the following areas:

Excellent customer service and people skills

Knowledge of legal issues such as civil code and case law

Understands building maintenance and building systems
