Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 hourly

You'll dive into a world of prompt and courteous service, answering calls with a smile within three rings and dazzling guests with your enthusiasm. From transferring calls with finesse to offering to arrange a fun ride, you'll be the ultimate anticipator of guest needs. Stay in the loop with upcoming events and promotions while mastering emergency procedures like a pro. And hey, who said office duties couldn't be a blast? Dive into the excitement of logging info accurately while enjoying every moment of your personalized wake-up calls. With responsibility and fun rolled into one, you'll be the PBX superstar we've been searching for!
What you will do as a PBX Operator:
  • Continually provide prompt and courteous service when answering guest calls and making transfers to the appropriate departments for further servicing while following departmental procedures.
  • Anticipate guest needs. Offers to contact valet for car retrieval or to arrange other transportation, when appropriate.
  • Continually maintain a working knowledge of upcoming Turning Stone events and promotions and advise guests correctly.
  • Promptly and accurately log all information and perform other office duties as determined by the supervisor and/or manager. These duties include typing and filing.
  • Provide a warm and sincere greeting using the guest's name when a personal wake-up call is requested.

Work Experience
To be successful as a PBX Operator you'll need:
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • Prior computer experience required.
  • Must be able to type 30 wpm.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must possess strong organizational and grammatical skills.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 10 lbs
