Job description

Job Summary and Qualifications *  This is a Full Time Day shift position.  Hours are 6:45am - 7:15pm with rotating weekends *  

As a PBX Operator, you will help to manage the facilities central telephone system by processing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, transferring callers to the correct extensions, monitoring emergency alarms, and dispatching security or maintenance as needed.  You will take an active role in communication for codes, conditions, and drills as well as perform general clerical duties.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Graduate / GED required
  • Previous PBX & clerical experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone system
  • Customer service oriented and excellent verbal communication skills
