Job description

The PBX Telephone Operator is responsible for routing, screening, providing information to callers and calling hospital codes. The Operator also must be able to work in a fast pace environment handling numerous callers during peak periods. Must be a team player willing to work different shifts and weekends as needed by the hospital.
