REQUIREMENTS: 

8+ years of operations experience or systems/software engineering in a software development or engineering environment 

Ability to engage cross-functional product and development team and lead discussions and contribute to production investigations and triage sessions 

Excellent understanding of solution architecture, development processes, and current technologies 

Experience in troubleshooting and deep diving into technical issues 

Experience with the agile development process and methodologies such as test-driven development and continuous integration 

Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation 

Experience supporting multiple technical projects simultaneously 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 


ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS: 

DevOps experience 

BI and Analytics tools (Splunk, Tableau, etc.) 

Mobile and/or online video experience technologies (HLS, MPEG4, DRM, etc.) 

Experience in scripting and/or software development
