The Driver Payroll Specialist monitors and tracks pay related transactions for drivers. Researches missing data related to cases, stops, and miles as well as hours worked. Calculates overtime, and vacation or holiday eligibility. Works with supervisors to correctdriver pay before submitting time for processing.

  • Pay rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. 
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday or Sunday-Thursday 7AM-3:30PM

What you'll do as a Driver Payroll Specialist: 

  • Compiles and records driver case, stops, miles as well as time spent driving. 
  • Computes pay due to drivers, vacation eligibility, holiday pay, etc. 
  • Submits driver pay for approval prior to processing. 
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Driver Payroll Specialist: 

  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • Mathematical skills are required. 
  • Detail oriented nature, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. 
  • 2 or more years' experience in a payroll role. 
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
