Job Description About the Role Pinnacle Partners is recruiting for an Office Manager/Accounting professional. Our client is seeking a hands-on professional to manage accounting functions along with HR and administrative responsibilities in a small manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule after training.

The standard schedule is 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with flexibility around start time and core hours of 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities: Handle accounting and finance functions, including month-end, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, general ledger, account reconciliations, and some job costing. Pull data from Sage 50 to assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Manage accounts payable volume of approximately 500+ invoices per month. Handle accounts receivable for large projects and parts invoices. Coordinate payroll through Sure Business Payroll for approximately 27 employees; prior payroll experience is not required.

Manage the digital time management system used to track employee time, PTO, and vacation. Handle HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, employee questions, 401(k), and benefits. Assist with miscellaneous office needs, including occasional purchasing, ordering supplies, managing the cleaning crew, and preparing packing lists for shipments.

Requirements: Strong accounting/bookkeeping background. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Comfortable working in a small company, wearing many hats, and pitching in wherever needed.

No degree required. Preferred: Sage 50 or other Sage experience preferred. Benefits Overview: Supportive work environment.
