Special Order Processor - Furniture
RC Willey is looking for a detail-oriented Special Order Processor to support with furniture purchases. In this role, you’ll create purchase orders, generate SKUs, and collaborate with vendors, buyers, and sales teams to ensure seamless order processing.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM (flexible start and end times)

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage purchase and special orders for RC Willey vendors.
  • Generate and maintain accurate product SKUs.
  • Support the purchasing department with essential clerical tasks.
  • Resolve purchase order issues with buyers and accounts payable.
  • Partner with Inventory Analysts to optimize order management.
  • Coordinate orders with receiving, traffic, and delivery teams.
  • Communicate order status with factories, sales representatives, and customers.
  • All other duties as assigned
