Finance Operations Manager - Payments
About the Role
We're looking for a Payments leader who enjoys improving processes, solving operational challenges, and driving innovation. You'll oversee payment operations, lead cross-functional projects, and help optimize the systems that keep money moving efficiently.
What You'll Do
Lead payment operations across cards, ACH, digital wallets, and other electronic payment channels.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve financial systems.
Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver new initiatives and system enhancements.
Manage projects from planning through testing, implementation, and rollout.
Build reporting and KPIs to measure performance and support smarter business decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
What You Bring
Experience in payments, finance operations, or payment processing.
Strong project management and process improvement skills.
Ability to work across technical and business teams.
Experience using data and reporting tools like Tableau to drive decisions.
Leadership experience with a track record of developing successful teams.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Experience with enterprise system implementations or digital transformation.
CPP, FTIP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
