Patient Service Representative - Urology

Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Patient Services Representative to join our Urology team at our Tooele location.

The ideal candidate is confident, self-driven, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Services Representative plays a vital role in creating a positive experience. This position works closely with patients, physicians, and clinical staff, requiring strong communication and customer service skills.

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.
  • Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
Essential Functions and Duties
  • Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments according to established procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff regarding appointments and related needs.
  • Accurately collect and record patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a medical office preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Primarily sedentary work, with occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequent use of computers and office equipment requiring repetitive motion.
  • Work performed in a climate-controlled indoor environment.
