Job Description:
Ping Access, Azure SSO, MFA. Password Reset
• Strong support experience in Ping Access, Azure SSO, MFA. Password Reset
• Provide operations support during support window for Provisioning IAM services
• Provides support to the IAM Identity Management Lead for the identity management tools and technologies mentioned above
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, submit weekly status report
• Responsible for preparing all relevant documentation
• Responsible for fixing all incidents reported on a day to-day basis
• Performs proof of concepts for new initiatives
• Responsible for document creation/reviews and technical assistance
• Provides complete support to the onsite/offshore
