The Service Desk is the team that handles requests and issues from all Choice Hotels employees. Everything from simple password resets to providing access to applications and onboarding new employees. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be providing that first point of contact for employees who are having an issue with their laptop or application, fulfilling requests, and keeping the entire company productive.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from employees needing help with various issues such as:
    • Password reset
    • Account Lockout
    • Application Access
  • Work tickets to fulfill requests such as:
    • New employee onboarding
    • Terminations
    • Application Access
  • Create and update documentation for the Service Desk

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP
  • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting hardware and applications
  • Experience troubleshooting VPN issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Demonstrates key competencies to include Effective Communication, Ensures Accountability and Customer Focus
  • Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance day-to-day business processes.

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Manager, Data Center Operation. You will have 5 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
