Job description

Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Support Specialist

B3H is seeking an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Support Specialist to support AMC operations groups through device setup, maintenance, restoration, EUSA support, and audit-log review activities.

B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning, program management, acquisitions management, systems engineering & integration, cost analysis, training, systems requirements analysis, and instructional system design for the DoD. B3H delivers quality performance with complete government visibility and control.

Responsibilities
  • Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration on EFB devices, to include:
    • Device activation
    • Device/application password reset
    • Device/application unlock
    • Initiate lost mode/device retrieval
  • Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration functions on End User Stand Alone (EUSA) devices, to include:
    • Facilitate EUSA device set-up IAW the MDM provider and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
    • Initiate EUSA device operating system updates as approved by DISA and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
    • Review audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree preferred in information systems, information technology, cybersecurity, electronics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in device support, user support, mobile device management, EFB support, or comparable technical support environment
  • Experience with mobile devices, account/password support, configuration profiles, operating system updates, and audit-log review
  • Ability to troubleshoot and restore user-device functionality in a controlled operational environment
