EVENT PREP & COORDINATION ASSOCIATE (Seasonal/Part-Time)

As an EVENT PREP & COORDINATION ASSOCIATE, you'll be an essential part of our behind-the-scenes crew, gathering and preparing orders for events of all types. As a leading organization in the local event industry for 30 years, Montana Party Rentals prides itself on offering customers high quality service and rentals for a wide range of events. While we serve clients across the state of Montana and beyond, our reach typically includes Big Sky, Paradise Valley, and the greater Gallatin Valley region.
EVENT PREP & COORDINATION ASSOCIATES work in tandem with fellow team members at our store to prepare, organize, and fulfill our event orders. These energetic team members work with care and proficiency to offer our customers the highest quality rentals by accurately preparing orders and checking back in all returned rental inventory. You will work alongside a dynamic and talented team dealing with various supply-chain related tasks including assembling orders, coordinating with dishware and delivery crews, inventory counts, and assisting with quality control of a wide array of furniture and decor rentals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take and follow direction from EVENT PREP & COORDINATION LEAD
  • Gather, package, and correctly prepare rentals (furniture, décor, dishware, linen) for event orders
  • Accurately check-in and verify returned rental counts as they return to the store
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, quality, and accurate inventory of items
  • Accurately track event orders (via paperwork and software) through various stages of the rental process
  • Maintain and protect inventory through proper use of material handling and proper loading/unloading of vehicles
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and inventory storage areas

QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES
  • High attention to quality and detail
  • Flexible Schedule (some weekends)
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Punctuality and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Work and stand for extended periods of time
