Job description

Pinnacle Home Improvements is one of the largest and fastest-growing home improvement companies in the Southeast, and we are expanding in the Chattanooga market. We specialize in replacement windows, doors, roofing, and siding, and we are building a company defined by high standards, strong leadership, and exceptional customer experience.
We are seeking a Field Supervisor to lead exterior remodeling projects from install through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to Pinnacle’s workmanship standards while delivering a best-in-class homeowner experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, solve problems in real time, and take ownership of job quality from start to finish.
Compensation amp; Perks

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed according to scope, timeline, and quality standards
  • Lead and manage installation crews, holding teams accountable to Pinnacle’s expectations for craftsmanship and professionalism
  • Partner closely with Production Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site inspections throughout the project lifecycle and complete final walkthroughs with homeowners
  • Identify and document punch list items and ensure timely resolution
  • Utilize Pinnacle’s construction management system to track job progress, updates, and completion status
  • Perform minor repairs when needed to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience, including confidently asking satisfied homeowners for reviews
  • Manage materials, including pickup and return of unused product (must be able to lift up to 75 lbs)
  • Proactively resolve issues in the field to avoid delays and maintain project timelines
What You Bring
  • Experience managing exterior remodeling or construction projects (windows, roofing, siding, doors preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and drive accountability on job sites
  • Solid understanding of construction practices across multiple trades
  • Ability to learn and effectively use construction management software
  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and homeowners
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple active jobs simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Project management experience preferred
