As Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. continues to expand, we are looking to add an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and grow our Florida market. This is a producing leadership role that allows you to continue building your own mortgage business while recruiting, coaching, and supporting a team of Loan Officers. You'll leverage an established mortgage platform designed to help both you and your team increase production while spending less time on operational tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Continue originating residential mortgage loans while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Consult with borrowers to understand their financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on production growth and customer service.
  • Coach Loan Officers on business development, referral partner development, pipeline management, and production strategies.
  • Support your team with loan structuring and product solutions across conventional, government, jumbo, HELOC, construction, and Non-QM programs.
  • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing.
  • Partner with your dedicated LOA and our in-house processing team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Grow your business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities.
  • Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Active NMLS license (or ability to transfer licensing).
  • Proven success originating residential mortgage loans.
  • Previous sales leadership, branch management, or team-building experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop Loan Officers.
  • Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team.

Why Pinnacle?
  • Competitive compensation with a transparent commission structure
  • Access to 100+ lending partners offering conventional, government, jumbo, HELOC, construction, and extensive Non-QM loan solutions.
  • Dedicated internal Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) support
  • Experienced in-house processing team focused on fast, smooth closings

  • Marketing resources and CRM support to help you build and nurture your pipeline
  • Modern technology designed to simplify the mortgage process-not create more work
  • Accessible leadership team that is invested in your success and available when you need support
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • A collaborative culture focused on helping Loan Officers close more loans while spending less time on administrative tasks
