About Us

Founded in 2025, Pinnacle Foundation Solutions was built to meet the growing demands of the power industry - and the people who power it. We specialize in drilling and foundation construction for transmission, distribution, and substation projects, delivering the stability and consistency that keep infrastructure moving forward. Our motto, Stay Grounded, isn't just about the work we do below the surface - it's the standard we hold ourselves to every day. We approach every project with discipline, precision, and a commitment to doing the work right the first time, prioritizing safety, accountability, and clear communication from start to finish.

As a Quanta Services company, we're backed by the largest skilled-labor force in North America, giving our team access to world-class training, industry-leading safety programs, and the resources to grow their careers alongside a company built for the long haul. At Pinnacle, we believe that strong infrastructure starts with strong people - and we're looking for individuals who share our values and want to be part of something that matters. If you're ready to build a career on a solid foundation, we'd like to hear from you.

About this Role

Pinnacle Foundation Solutions | Vale, Oregon | Full-Time

Kickstart Your Construction Career - Assistant Project Manager

Ready to build something real? We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join our team and help deliver utility construction projects from the ground up. This isn't a desk-bound role - you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Project Managers and General Foreman, splitting your time between planning, cost management, and the field.

If you've got 1-3 years under your belt and want a clear path to running your own projects, this is where you learn the craft from people who do it well.

What You'll Do

You'll be in the thick of it - coordinating daily operations, tracking budgets and schedules, and making sure production timelines hold. You'll work directly with field crews to solve constructability challenges, manage material deliveries, and keep projects moving. On the controls side, you'll handle labor and equipment tracking, invoice verification, billing, purchase orders, and variance analysis. You'll also own key documentation: RFIs, Change Orders, Closeout Forms, and Requisitions, while supporting our quality and safety initiatives on-site.

Translation: you'll touch every phase of a project and come out knowing how to run one.

What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years in construction or project management (utility construction is a big plus)
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Sharp organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfort with MS Office and project management software like Procore or Primavera
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with everyone from field crews to executives
  • A problem-solver's mindset and an eye for detail
What You'll Get
  • Competitive pay and a full benefits package
  • A genuine path to career advancement - we promote from within
  • A collaborative, supportive team that wants you to succeed
  • Real mentorship and exposure to best-in-class tools and processes

Sound like you? Apply today and start building your future with Pinnacle Foundation Solutions.
