Job Description

Signature Party Rentals is looking for an event manager to join our team. The right candidate will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. Basic duties include:
-Maintaining existing customer relationships by providing superior customer service
-Plans, negotiates and represents the company while performing the work away from our place of business.
-Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment with the authority to make recommendations and independent choices.
-Assisting customers with their event rental needs
-Accurately recording and communicating customer orders
-Traveling throughout the valley to various locations for event set-ups.

-Space and Event Planning

-Manage a book of business

Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:
-Knowledge of Microsoft and other computer based programs
-Superb Customer service skills
-The ability to multitask
-A flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends)
-Excellent communication skills
-An affinity for detail
-Must possess a valid California driver license (Class C) with an acceptable driving record.
-Must be computer literate
-Rental equipment knowledge (Tenting, lighting, tables, chairs and more)

-Event industry experience a requirement.
